The best I've ever own.

I love them! The best I've ever owned. They cut off automatically. I thought I wouldn't like that part but I actually love this feature. It keeps me from letting them get too hot and burning my hair. It comes right back on, so no biggie for me.

Best straightener ever!

Heats up fast! Turns itself off. Love it!! My hair dresser recommended this since I was having issues with my other straightener damaging my hair. I can control the heat on this one and it’s just the best.

Love it, just one bad thing

It's not universal voltage! So I can't take it to Europe or Asia, which kind of sucks. But love using it at home, so not quite a perfect product.

I am actually struggling with the quick heat and quick to turn off option. I’m not sure if I’m not using it right or if it isn’t working to it’s fullest.

Great product but not grate customer service

Product is great.
I have sent couple messages, but never received any reply.
The phone number is NOT connect.
I was disappointed the service.
